Our aim is to find your ideal property, however you will need the following to proceed with the application :

• Proof of identification (Driving Licence, Passport)
• Proof of address (Utility Bill, Benefits Letter etc)
• Proof of earnings if any (3 months bank statements, 3 months wageslips etc)
• Proof of national insurance
• Administration Fee (Fee information availale on request)

All deposits taken when you move into your property will be held and protected under a tenants deposit scheme, all relevant details will be issued.
